Since all of our candles are made to order there is a lead time of at least 1-2 weeks prior to your order shipping out. We ship via DHL Ground. If you need an order by a specific date, please let us know. Please take into account transit time and the time it takes to pour your order. Buyer agrees to pay any and all shipping charges, in addition to the order amount. Shipping charges are the actual shipping charges quoted right from the UPS website. We do not charge any handling fees.  FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OF $500 or more (United States Only).

We currently accept checks, money orders, Visa, Mastercard debit and credit cards, American Express, Discover as well as Paypal. Our wholesale minimum is $100 on your first and all subsequent orders. This does not include shipping. Please note: All orders that fall below $100.00 will be charged a $20.00 handling fee without prior notice. If no color is listed then it is assumed the products will processed in the usual color. We also require new customers to send in resale information before we will fill your order. You can send this information via e-mail, regular mail or fax.  Our fax # is 772-464-2685. If you do not have a storefront,a retail website or a Tax ID#  you are not eligible for wholsale pricing.
