Shipping

Since all of our candles are made to order there is a lead time of at least 1-2 weeks prior to your order shipping out. We ship via UPS, Fedex Ground or DHL Ground, which ever is most economical for you. Since shipping times vary, we suggest that you visit one of those sites and check the transit time from zip code 34951 to your zip code. We assume all orders all orders are ASAP shipping with no cancel date. If you need an order by a specific date, please let us know. Please take into account transit time and the time it takes to pour your order. Buyer agrees to pay any and all shipping charges, in addition to the order amount. Shipping charges are the actual shipping charges quoted right from the UPS website. We do not charge any handling fees.  FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OF $500 or more (United States Only).

 Terms and Minimums

We currently accept checks, money orders, Visa, Mastercard debit and credit cards, American Express, Discover as well as Paypal. Our wholesale minimum is $100 on your first and all subsequent orders. This does not include shipping. Please note: All orders that fall below $100.00 will be charged a $20.00 handling fee without prior notice. If no color is listed then it is assumed the products will processed in the usual color. We also require new customers to send in resale information before we will fill your order. You can send this information via e-mail, regular mail or fax.  Our fax # is 772-464-2685. If you do not have a storefront,a retail website or a Tax ID#  you are not eligible for wholsale pricing. 

Private Label

What this means is that we take your business name and logo and professionally design a label that will go right on our candles in place of our own label. If you have a gift shop, restaurant, hair salon, or just about any retail business store, this would be an exceptional way to stand out and offer something very unique and at the same time get great advertising. We also have acess to many other jar styles as well as other fragrances if you don't see what you are looking for. And as always you get a premium hand poured candle each and every time. And the best part is we do not charge any extra for this service. You still get the same wholesale price as if you were buying our signature line of candles.
